We use surveys and focus groups to collect feedback on how staff functions are viewed. This data serves as a foundation for identifying functional competencies, targeting process improvements, prioritizing staff initiatives, strengthening line/staff collaboration, and identifying measures of success and service level agreements that enhance the function’s credibility.
Shared Services Strategy
