Steve Hite
Steve has over 15 years of strategy and large scale business transformation experience gained through corporate and consulting roles across a broad range of industries. He has extensive experience in strategy development and change readiness and has managed global organization, process, and system implementation projects throughout their entire life cycles.
Steve works with companies to design and implement new processes, evaluate opportunities for offshoring administrative work, and develop new business strategies. His clients include global companies in the financial services, pharmaceutical, and retail sectors.
Previously, Steve was a leader in the Strategy and Transformation Practice at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young LLC (now Capgemini). He worked with several global Fortune 100 companies on broad-based organization transformation as a result of either ERP implementation or merger integration objectives. For a global financial services company, he led an effort to create a global shared services organization and led the realignment of financial processes to foster process excellence and customer intimacy. During his tenure at CGEY, Steven also led the development of the firm's organization design methodologies. His clients included American Express, Cargill, Eli Lilly, and H & R Block.
Prior to joining Cap Gemini, Steve was a Director of Organization Strategy for the Scient Corporation, an eCommerce strategy firm, where he worked with client organizations to create technology-driven business models. He has seven years corporate experience in a variety of sales and marketing positions at the Xerox Corporation and Hallmark Cards.
Steven holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Organization Behavior from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics from George Washington University.
